The Spelman College Hooded Sweater

Ralph Lauren is proud to partner with Spelman College, one of America’s preeminent historically Black colleges and universities, in this sophomore collaboration. Inspired by the rich heritage and esteemed traditions of Spelman College, this wool-and-cotton layer combines the soft hand feel of a sweater and the relaxed styling of a hoodie. It features the storied institution’s name intarsia-knit at the front, along with a bold jaguar graphic that references the school mascot. An “1881” patch motif accents the hem—a nod to the college’s founding year.
