Large Heart Pendant Necklace

This Italian-made heart pendant’s design is inspired by cut-steel jewelry, a technique dating back to the 18th century that was used to sculpt metal studs to resemble faceted, sparkling gemstones. Embellished with Swarovski crystals, this piece is engraved at the back with “888 RL,” a nod to the address of our women’s flagship on Madison Avenue in New York City.
