- 1½ oz. Russell’s Reserve Single Barrel Rye
- ½ oz. Drambuie
- ¼ oz. Cynar
- ¼ oz. Alpe Genepy
- Herbetet
- 1 dash walnut bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Garnish with burnt lemon peel
Directions
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir, and strain over ice. Torch the lemon peel to heat the oils, then express over the drink and through the flame.

During the 2000 Presidential Bakeoff, the oatmeal-style cookie fortified with chocolate chips, roasted pecans, and coconut flakes was popularized by Laura Bush, whose recipe also included cinnamon
